1st Half

We always love to watch Hollywood Spy action movies like James Bond,
Mission Impossible etc. so if some one tries to make such movies in Bollywood we have lots of expectation in areas like action, dialogues, romance with girls and all. Agent Vinod had everything of these but lacked a good script. Movie starts with full of action in Afghanistan then starts a secret mission in russia for Vinod regarding the a nuclear bomb which is provided by his friend Rajan (Ravi kishan) that can destroy a full city. In every ten minutes their is twist and turn and you get excited as the movie goes on well. The code book of the bomb reaches in the hand of some Rich Evil hands like Prem Chopra. Ruby (Kareena Kapoor) who work as a doctor under prem chopra has a sad secret pass gets involve with vinod to search out for the book. Ram kapoor has a small role as negative character and has done his role well.
Till interval it was good.


2nd half

As the movie has the pace in first part it dragged in second half. It was like traveling from one country to another and from their to another and it goes. The Bomb was traveling to different location. The main theme was Pakistan involvement in the case. Then kareena involvement of the case. Every 5 minute their was some one death. At the end how saif ali khan tackle the situation when terror try to destroy New Delhi with the nuclear attack and search for the main person who involved in this terrorism.

Acting wish saif ali khan has done ha good job somewhere his dialogues were not that great. Kareena has a notable role. Adhil Hussain as Colonel has done a nice job. Gulshan grover has very little to do.

The songs were Ok. You will love the mujra song and specially kareena as she looks nice in that get up.
Background sound was too loud. I think director has given more time to background sound of shooting and  action then the script.

After giving a nice movie like Johnny Gaddar and Ek Hassena Thi, Director Sriram Raghavan disappoints this time. If he could have made a better second half the movie could have been hit.

Overall Verdict - 5/10 (A one time watchable)
